Lovely Leighton

I'm seriously loving Leighton Meester's look from last night's MTV Movie Awards. The dress is gorgeous, I am drooling over long-sleeved minis lately, and her hair/make-up are gorgeous! Her hair in my opinion, is the perfect ombre and beach waves. I want to make a hair appt asap now for this color.

I'm in LOVE/LUST with these pajamas Leighton Meester's character Blair wore in this week's episode "Easy J" on Gossip Girl. I've trolled the internet trying to find out who makes them and where I can buy them, but have had no luck. They're the perfect combination of feminine and masculine and look oh so comfy!

Do any of you know where they're from or where I can get a pair similar?

Gossip Girl Returns!

Set your DVR's and get ready for a new season of GG! This is one of my favorite shows on TV and I've been dying for this season to start! Don't miss it tonight on the CW at 9/8 Central time. Check out their website here for a season preview or to watch past episodes.

There's been tons of leaked photos and the fashion this season is incredible. I would love to wear just about everything on the show. I love each character's wardrobe in different way, I love Jenny's rocker glam looks (although some are a little much for me), Vanessa's boho hippie style, Blair's preppy and classic style, and Serena's edgy and sexy looks.

I'm seriously in love with Serena's wardrobe so far. I'm dying to get my hands on a gold glitter cardigan/jacket for the fall. Blair's wardrobe is a little bit more grown up too since her high school uniform days. I do miss those headbands though!

-Blair and Serena go on a double-date with a member of Monaco's royal family and his chauffeur. Blair is surprised to learn which is which.
-An important decision Serena made about her future - but failed to mention to Blair - is what ends up getting her shoved into a fountain. I
-n NYC, Dan is in full Mr. Mom mode, LIVING WITH GEORGINA! But is the baby really his? A suspicious paternity test suggests one thing, while a blood test and Rufus' intuition say another. Georgina is as funny and shady as usual.
-Gossip Girl fans, especially those who watched Melrose Place, are going to love Katie Cassidy as Juliet Sharp. She's sarcastic, flirty, plotting an elaborate scheme, of course, gorgeous. In other words, a perfect Gossip Girl fit. Juliet, who Nate first meets while on a date with another girl, and later runs into again when she's working with Eleanor planning Fashion's Night Out, works to help him get Serena back. She clearly has ulterior motives, though ...
-Eva (Clemence Poesy) rescued Chuck after he was shot in Prague and nursed him back to health. He's now taken on an entirely new persona. But is he suffering from amnesia or just trying to forget the man he was - and is ashamed of?
-After a chance run-in in Paris, and with Lily and Serena frantically worrying about Chuck's fate, Blair tries to convince him not to run from who he is ...
-Blair will have a new rival this season ... and it may be someone she's familiar with.
-Project Runway fixture Tim Gunn is coming to Gossip Girl this fall.
-Michelle Trachtenberg will not be a series regular, though we'll be seeing her in the beginning of the season, and likely on a recurring basis thereafter.

Leighton Meester is rumored to be hooking up with Rob Pattinson now that she and her ex-bf Sebastian Stan are over. Rob has allegedly been seen coming and going from her apartment, often times with an over night bag (ps, what guy- who's not your bf- brings an overnight bag??)


Do you think it's true? Do you like them as a couple? Would would you like to see them paired up with?

I think they make an awkward couple and can't envision them together, he seems to quiet and disheveled to be with her.

Gossip Girl Returns!

Tonight GG will finally be back on after a 3 month hiatus!! Let me tell you, I have definitely had some withdrawals going on. Catch it tonight on The CW 8/9 Central!
Tonight's episode is "The Hurt Locket" (how appropriately named after last night's Oscars huh?. I'm excited to see Serenate together, I think they're going to be a HOT couple, my fave couple Chair is still on, and I always love seeing anything with Jenny's character. I'm so excited for the rest of the season and all of the fashion! I'm hoping there will be some hair and beauty looks I can steal! I can't wait for it to be spring on the show though, the weather in CA is a bit too warm for sweaters. Oh and here's a sneak peek at Michelle Trachtenberg's character Georgina in the final episode:

Nevermind False Alarm For Leighton

I seem to have blogged too soon! I thought Leighton was oh so fashionable before, but now I realized she was just trying to sike me out. It's truly just so sad.

After this horrible outfit, Leighton Meester is on her way back to the Fashion Do list after seeing her rock these looks:

I knew white dresses would be huge this winter, have you bought yours yet? I have one I bought back in May that is appropriate for winter, but I haven't worn it yet. Maybe I'll get a chance with holiday parties. The second look would be really easy to copy with a sheath dress, booties, leather jacket, and a scarf. You could do the same color palette as Leighton or add a colored necklace, scarf, or shoes for a pop of color.

To Bang Or Not To Bang?

Leighton Meester got bangs!!! What do you think of them? I know this isn't the first time she's had them, but I can't tell if these are fake or not. I think they are though because I haven't seen any more pictures of her with them recently. I would love to have fake clip on bangs- they'd be so fun! I have a horrible cowlick and bangs just do not work for me because they're always splitting on the side. Ech.

Dear Leighton Meester,

WTH? The majority of your red carpet looks are glam, sometimes you do have a few slip-ups.... but overall you have great style. However, just because you're on the verge of becoming a pop star does not mean you should ditch your Blair Waldorf headband.

It's Back!!

It was everything I dreamed of and more! I love Gossip Girl and I can't wait for my Monday nights with Blair and Chuck. The fashion was gorgeous, I love that Vanessa (Jessica Zhor) stepped it up, Serena (Blake Lively) still needs to use a brush- but always beautiful, Blair (Leighton Meester) and Chuck (Ed Hardwick) are finally together and are faithful(!), Nate (Chace Crawford) got rid of his man-bangs (thank God!). Did you watch the premiere? What did you think?

Say What?!?

I'm a HUGE Gossip Girl fan! My Mondays are completely dedicated to the show and I won't even watch it on DVR, but must watch it live. Blair is my absolute favorite and I can't wait for this season to start with her and Chuck together!
Did you hear the news though? Chuck is going to have a gay smooch!! O.M.G. You can read all about it here, Blair sets up Chuck with an advisor at school to help her snag the Freshman speech. I guess in the books Chuck swings both ways, but that side of him has never been featured on the show. What do you think about that? Have you read the books?

Diane Kruger is always pushing the envelope and wearing beautiful dresses. Camilla Belle is so beautiful and has really grown with her style. She has old Hollywood glamour too. Natalie Portman is also to die for along with Jennifer Garner who is the ultimate girl next door.
