She Wears Short Shorts

Bright shorts are just as hot for summer as colored denim has been. I’ve bought one pair from Target, and they have been a staple all season long so far. I legit wear them all the time. They’re so fun to wear and is my go-to look for dressing up or down. I want to add more and more colors to my closet, they're just so easy to wear.

You can sport your bright shorts in the same way you wear colored denim (check out my post for that here), with neutrals, other colors, monochromatic, with statement pieces, etc. You can dress them up with blouses, belts, and wedges or just throw on a tank and head out the door. They're a no-brainer.

People's 10 Best Dressed 2011

People has released their top best dressed celebs for 2011, do you agree? Here's their list and my thoughts.

Blake Lively: I love her and she definitely belongs on any best dressed list ever made. She always looks fabulous.

Jennifer Lopez: This woman is smoking! She takes risks, is always trying new trends, and rarely looks less than gorgeous.

Mila Kunis: Agreed! Mila has shown us her fashion savvyness this year and she really shines.

Jennifer Aniston: This I don't agree with because she always looks the same! She rarely tries anything new. I guess that's why people like her though? She sticks with the classics? I do love her new hair cut though.

Jennifer Hudson: She has looked smoking this past year, but I'm not sure if I'd put in the top 10 list.

Jessica Alba: Last year, I wouldn't have agreed, but this year she has really brought it to the red carpet.

Kate Middleton: Duh. This is an obvious choice. She is chic, chic, chic!

Kate Bosworth: I adore her, but another one I'm not sure if I'd put on a top 10 list.

Ginnifer Goodwin: She belongs only for the fact that she tries something new almost each time and really switches up look.

Reese Witherspoon: Every girl's bff! She's always looks classic and beautiful.

Ok, the only people I'd list for this year instead of some of these ladies would be:

Emma Watson: This girl is gorgeous and I've loved all her looks this year.

Rosie Huntington-Whitely: She has killed it this year and looks spectacular in her fashion choices.

Kate Hudson: Another woman who has been exceptional this year, AND pregnant while looking constantly fab.

Who would be on your list?

Celeb Inspiration: Rosie Huntington-Whitely

Rosie Huntington-Whitely is known best for her Victoria Secret work (or at least that's how I knew her name oh and because she's dating one of my big celeb crushes Jason Statham) but she's also starring in this summer's blockbuster Transformers: Dark of the Moon. So she's relatively new to the red carpet, but this chick is on FIRE! I've loved all of her choices so far and want to see more!


Looks hot 360: As a model, I think she knows how to look best from all angles. These dresses look amazing on her! She shows the the right amount of skin to be sexy and classy.

Fashion Forward: These looks are so hot right now and Rosie is stunning in them! I love how she pulls of some riskier looks so well. I guess being a model helps with that though.

If you got it, flaunt it: It's a given she has a rocking body, but she also knows how to show it off. She shows just enough of skin to be sizzling, but still looks stunning!

Winter White: We all know how much I love white. These looks just exude femininity and sexiness.
