Recipe: Delicious Whipped Cinnamon Honey Butter

This past weekend Ellie and I got our holiday baking on! We baked and mixed into the night on Saturday and I love having her as my little helper in the kitchen. She even has her own reindeer apron that is just the cutest thing I've ever seen on her.

One of my favorite treats to make for teachers, neighbors, friends, and family is Whipped Cinnamon Honey Butter! It's so delicious you could eat it all on it's own, but it's incredible on fresh baked rolls. It's perfect to enjoy in the mornings with some hot cocoa (or coffee if you drink it). If you're looking for a last minute gift, this is it! I always have everything on hand and it whips right up in just a few minutes.

Ingredients:
1 C Honey
1 C Butter
1 C Powdered Sugar
2 Tsp Cinnamon

You can use salted or unsalted butter, it's yummy both ways! When I'm making it, I put it out the night before or the morning of so it's room temperature and soft. You can split the recipe in half or double it depending on how much you need/want to make. I've done both and it always turns out delicious and even every time.

For gifts, I use small jelly jars and for a holiday touch I've cut fabric to put on the top to add some color and cheer! Then I'll tie cute tags and deliver them with our Christmas card and baked goodies. During the holidays I love sharing some of our homemade favorites with our loved ones. It's also one of my favorites things to receive too! The memories, the joy, and knowing the love that went into it always warms my heart!

What are your favorites recipes to share during the season? Do you have a tried and true recipe you use every year?
