BIG NEWS

I finally bought a new car! It’s a miracle. It’s beautiful, has AC, a 6 CD player WITH AUX and MP3!!!
AND a moon roof!! It’s incredible.
Here’s some pics:

Here’s the beast I used to drive:

Some of it’s features include:
No AC, no AUX, no heater either. It also guzzles gas and makes very loud noises. The beast also randomly dies, at convenient times such as an overpass of a busy freeway.
My past cars have been worse (if you could imagine). I’ve had cars that I would have to HOT WIRE to start- literally opening the hood and sparking to wires together. I’ve never had a car with a working AC/heater, cars that I would have to “bump” to open the hood/gas cap, no radio, my rear view mirror would fall off on hot days, and every button is broken. Sometimes the passenger window (which didn’t work) would randomly cave in, one time in the pouring rain a large semi-truck passed and threw water all over the inside of my vehicle, including the hanging clothes I had in the back. AWESOME.

Needless to say, this has been a long time coming. Yay me and everyone who rides in it!

Love this Lady's Look!

Did any of you catch Late Night with David Letterman? I didn't either, way past my bed time. I wish I had though! Check out how hot Hayden Panettiere is:

Yes, it's a little risque, but it does cover the necessities. I think it's so sexy and her hair looks fabulous and her shoes are KILLER!

Most Entertaining Lunch EVER

My co-worker S. and I have planned on going to lunch together for a while. We like to try new places and we're both on a budget, so we make great lunch buddies. Plus he finishes everything I don't eat. Everyday on our way home from work we pass a nice establishment called The Show at Papa Joe's that advertises any big sporting events or big deals. They have a new $5 lunch special Monday- Friday.

Awesome! S. and I are going!!!

Here is what an overview about the restaurant I found online:
Welcome to The Show At Papa Joe's! We specialize in delicious and reasonably priced cuisine, including our house specialties and other customer favorites. Our cuisine entrees are served in a relaxed and welcoming setting that you and your friends and family are sure to enjoy. Whether you are inthe mood to indulge in something new or just want to enjoy some oldfavorites, we promise that our inventive menu and attentive service willleave you truly satisfied. No matter what your occasion calls for or yourappetite demands, the friendly staff at The Show At Papa Joe's promise to makeyour next dining experience a pleasant one.

No problem here! Sounds like a great place for lunch right????
We walk in, and it's all dark. The fans have spots for 3 lightbulbs and there's only 1 lightbulb in each....a red lightbulb.

No worries, $5 for lunch, I will make it work.

We walk in further....there's a stripper pole. And a dancer on it.

Whatever, I've worked for Budweiser, this place has nothing on the places I've been to.
The lunch includes a burger, fries, and a BEER!!! $5 even too, including tax!!

Overall , the lunch is legit. It's a great burger and pretty cheap!!
S. and I couldn't stop laughing that we were eating at an "entertainment" bar though.

Coming up in the world....

After a horrible week of work (how can it be, it's a short week after all... and the boss left for a 2 week vacation!), I thought today would never end. Today was supposed to be an easy day; no boss, no crazy co-worker, and my Friday, however, everyone decided to call our office, need certificates, and complain today. Then the best thing since sliced bread came......

WE GOT FREE PIES!!!

Photobucket

Since everyone was out of the office or left to start their weekend early, my co-worker S. and I are now devouring our own pies like fatties. I have apple and he has chocolate pudding. No we didn't slice them and eat them like respectable and well-mannered people, we're eating them from the center first with a fork. We're also taking them home and not sharing. Yay us.

ps we ate them on the way home too, with our hands. keepin classy.
