So Pretty

Ok, so I realize that this post isn't of anything specific whatsoever, but I've been LOVING these two looks this week. I keep peeking at them and am totally in love with the dresses, hair, make-up and clutches. Both looks are just divine. I want to try and copy both hair-dos too with al the weddings I have coming up, if I get it right a post will definitely be done!

Swoon

As if I needed ANOTHER reason to like LOVE Anne Hathaway or Jake Gyllenhaal. She seriously has such a great job!! Can you imagine going into work and being told you have to get naked with Jake? I'd have my clothes off before they finished the sentence!! Did any of you catch his interview with Lettrman last night? Watch it here if you missed it. He's such a doll! Anne Hathaway is on tonight with Jimmy Fallon, I can't wait to watch!

Celeb Inspiration: Anne Hathaway

I love Anne Hathaway. Plain and simple. She gorgeous, grounded, makes great films, and is stunning on the red carpet. I truly admire her versatile talent and have loved all the interviews I've read of hers. As her career grows, my fondness of her does too. Even though in her interview with InStyle magazine she claimed "I think I’ve got really weird features. I have very large features on a very small head, but, you know, I’m not going to beat myself up… I look like myself, and I think at the end of the day, as nice as pretty is, authenticity is more important," I find her a classic beauty and enjoy the fact that she looks different from other Hollywood beauties. I'll just be honest, Anne Hathaway can do NO WRONG in my eyes. In fact, if she wasn't a huge celebrity and we lived close to each other, I bet we would be the best of friends. I would also like to note that it was painful editing out some of the pictures since I think she always looks beautiful. You'll be able to see where I was able to restrain myself and where I just went mildly wild.

Jewel Tones: With fair skin and dark hair, Anne knows that a jewel toned frock will help her really shine.

Tights: Anne shows us the importance warmth with the use of tights in the winter time and how chic they can make any outfit.

Black and White: You can't go wrong with basic colors like black or white. Miss Hathaway nevers lets them be boring though and continually WOWs us on the red carpet.

Red Carpet: Anne Hathaway really is a princess, check out her STUNNING gowns she's worn. She's always feminine and elegant.

Casual: I've read that Anne likes to keep her casual style just that- casual! And that she also likes her casual style to be a bit tomboyish since she's always so done up for the red carpet.

So beauties, what's your thoughts on the lovely Miss Anne? Do you love her as much as I do?

Mmmmmm Pretty....

Anne can really do not wrong in my book, I just adore her. She's the cover girl for this month's InStyle too, I can't wait to read it! She always dresses so glam and classy for the red carpet, I've never seen her in something I don't like.

I know the cut is kinda funny, but I think it looks great on Emily Blunt.

Jennifer Garner is another red carpet queen, she always looks so feminine and beautiful. Plus, she's right on trend with this hot lacy number.

And although I love Kate Bosworth's style and her beauty, she didn't quite pull of the tight trend with the childlike white ones. I would have styled her with bare legs and some hot nude shoes and clutch.

Off with their heads!

New photos have been released for the Tim Burton remake of the classic film Alice in Wonderland! I'm so excited because 1. I love that movie 2. Anne Hathaway (who I adore), Johnny Depp, and Helena Bonham Carter are starring in it and 3. it's going to be released in 3D. However, it's going to be released March 5, 2010 though, so we'll have to wait. The story is slightly altered from the Disney film, Alice will be 17 and will be returning to Wonderland, but she doesn't remember ever being there before. Are you excited for the film?

Celebrity Inspirations

What celebrity inspires you? Is it their personality, work, style?
Here are a few of mine:
Anne Hathaway- she can do no wrong in my book! Talented, old Hollywood glamour, and genuine
PhotobucketPhotobucket
Ashley Tisdale- great style & hair, she's not afraid of being goofy
PhotobucketPhotobucket
Rihanna- talented, a natural beauty, and isn't afraid of trying something new and edgy
PhotobucketPhotobucket
Julianne Hough- man this woman can dance!, I'm obsessed with her hair, and we're both from Utah
PhotobucketPhotobucket
Cameron Diaz- the ultimate "boys girl" and "girls girl", down to earth, low-key style
PhotobucketPhotobucket
Leighton Meester- I love her character Blair, her hair and make-up are always perfect

I also love Jessica Szohr's street style, she's always wearing bright colors and amazing shoes and
Diane Kruger is always pushing the envelope and wearing beautiful dresses. Camilla Belle is so beautiful and has really grown with her style. She has old Hollywood glamour too. Natalie Portman is also to die for along with Jennifer Garner who is the ultimate girl next door.
