I love Gossip Girl and Taylor Momsen (hello, how adorable was she in the Grinch???), but this is her outfit for hte sixteenth birthday. SIXTEEN!!
On a side note, I love Kim Kardashian's makeup in this picture (but I still want her to fall off a cliff)

I don't know at what age that would be appropriate to wear out of the house LoL looks more like bedroom wear to me!!
So, this is okay for Taylor to wear, but everyone was up in arms about those pictures Miley Cyrus took? Aren't they the same age?
