ummmm i think penn looks adorable. but he's an actor and they are not normal. i guess it would just depend on the awesomeness of the man, but probably as a general rule, my verdict is no.
I think jean shorts on guys are a definite DON'T! They just never seem to look right....

I actually really don't mind the jean shorts on a weekend for just doing stuff around the house or running a few errands. They do, however, have to be at LEAST the length that our friend Penn is wearing them.
Definitely not a fan!!! I had a BF in high school that wore jean shorts and I used to be embarrassed ;) LOL
