Is this really appropriate?
I love Gossip Girl and Taylor Momsen (hello, how adorable was she in the Grinch???), but this is her outfit for hte sixteenth birthday. SIXTEEN!!
On a side note, I love Kim Kardashian's makeup in this picture (but I still want her to fall off a cliff)
I don't know at what age that would be appropriate to wear out of the house LoL looks more like bedroom wear to me!!
